Computer Requirements:
We recommend the student take courses with a PC or laptop.
A reliable internet connection is mandatory.
Browser extensions such as adblockers or other blocking software may conflict with the site. If a user is having a problem, it`s best to clear their cache and access the site with the extensions disabled.
A welcome email will be sent after enrollment. (Sometimes they are sent to the Junk folder).
Students may not repeat a course in the same license renewal period, per 30 TAC 30.28(p)(1).

The potential ineligibility of an individual who has been convicted of an offense to be issued an occupational license by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) upon completion of the educational program.
The current TCEQ Criminal Conviction Guidelines for Occupational Licensing, which describes the process by which the TCEQ’s Executive Director determines whether a criminal conviction:
■ renders a prospective applicant an unsuitable candidate for an
occupational license;
■ warrants the denial of a renewal application for an existing license; or
■ warrants revocation or suspension of a license previously granted.
■ The right to request a criminal history evaluation from the TCEQ under Texas Occupations Code Section 53.102.
■ That the TCEQ may consider an individual to have been convicted of an offense for the purpose of denying, suspending or revoking a license under circumstances described in Title 30 Texas Administrative Code Section 30.33.
